Designer Cakes
All of our cakes are hand made in our own bakery in Carnoustie and the decoration individually designed and crafted to your specific requirements by our small team of skilled cake confectioners in our Monifieth Cake Studio. All of our sugar decorations and flowers are all individually hand made by the confectioners themselves, not purchased from a sugarcraft supplier, making your wedding cake truly unique.
In addition to the cakes shown on our web site and Facebook page, we have a large range of contemporary and traditional designs to choose from and as we are always looking out for new ideas, our cake designs are continually developing. However, if you have an idea of your own we will always be more than happy to incorporate this into the design of your cake.
We will provide you with exactly the wedding cake you want on your special day, not just in the decoration but also the cake type – in any combination of tiers, small individually decorated cakes or cup cakes of your choosing. We offer an extensive range of cake types for all tastes including, (but not restricted to!) madiera, chocolate, carrot, fudge brownie, toffee, salted caramel, white chocolate, lemon, red velvet, rich fruit, sultana. Our delicious gluten free options are vanilla sponge, chocolate sponge or rich moist fudge brownie.
Our cakes are not only a treat to look at, they are always delicious and moist and will leave a lasting impression.
